Description:
It is compact in equipment structure with integral skid-mounted package having small area needed without requirement for infrastructure investment and it needs only small amount of investment.

With advanced control system, operation is made simpler having unmanned operation and remote control realized with real-time supervision for various operation conditions conducted to ensure that there shall be stability for gas purity and flow.
With key parts such as pneumatic valve, pilot-operated magnetic valve etc. imported, it has reliable operation with rapid switching having a lifetime of over a million times. It has a low rate of failure with easy maintenance and low cost of maintenance.
Gas purity is supervised online to guarantee that there shall be stability for gas purity needed.
Low purity gas is automatically discharged in the initial starting period with gas delivered once the target is reached.
